Agreement

By using hosevents.com, creating a Halo account, buying a ticket, joining a list, or submitting an application, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, to join a list, or to attend our events. Some events additionally require you to be 21 or over to be served alcohol. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door, every time, with no exceptions.

Halo accounts

• To make an account you need a mobile number you control. We text a code to prove it is yours. Use your real name and a working email.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else got in, use “Sign out everywhere” and change your password.
• One person per account. Do not make an account for someone else’s number.
• We can suspend or close an account used for fraud, chargeback abuse, reselling tickets, or harassing staff or guests.
• You can download your data or delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting your account does not delete ticket and payment records, which we keep for accounting and fraud checks.

Texts about your account and tickets

By creating an account or buying a ticket, you agree that we can text you about that account or ticket: sign-in codes, account confirmations, ticket confirmations with your QR code, transfer and refund notices, and important changes to an event you hold a ticket for.

These texts are not marketing, and agreeing to them does not sign you up for event promotions. Marketing texts only go to people who tick the separate marketing box.

Reply STOP to stop all texts. If you do, you will not get sign-in codes by text either, so sign in with your password. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing text messages

When you tick the consent box and submit your number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from House of Saints at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out ends messages from every House of Saints event series, not only the one you signed up for.

You confirm that the number you submit is your own and that you are authorised to receive messages at it. Do not enter someone else’s number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Tickets and events

• Tickets are sold by House of Saints through Halo. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices include a service fee, shown before you pay.
• Refunds. All sales are final unless the event page says buyers can refund. When refunds are allowed, you can refund your ticket from your account until it is scanned, as long as you have not sent it to someone. A refund returns the full amount, service fee included, to your original payment method.
• Canceled event. We refund you in full, service fee included, within 7 days.
• New date. Your ticket is good for the new date. If you cannot make it, email privacy@hosevents.com within 7 days of the announcement for a refund.
• Transfers. You can send tickets to a friend for free from your account. They accept with their own phone number. Once accepted, the ticket is theirs and your QR code for those seats stops working. Comp tickets and special text-offer tickets cannot be transferred.
• No resale. You may not sell tickets or offer them for sale, at any price. Tickets we find were resold can be canceled without a refund.
• Entry. Each QR code admits the number of people shown on it, one scan each. The first scan wins, so do not share your QR code. You must be 18 or older with valid photo ID. Venue rules apply, and staff may refuse entry to or remove anyone who puts guests or staff at risk. No refund is given when entry is refused for ID, age or behavior.
• Lineups, times and venues can change. We will text ticket holders about any big change, and post it on Instagram.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may cancel the tickets on that order and close the account. Email privacy@hosevents.com first and we will sort it out faster than your bank will.

Artist applications

Submitting an application is not an offer, a booking, or a guarantee of a slot. We review applications and respond by email to the address you provide.

You confirm that you own or control the music and video you link to, and that you have the right to share it with us for the purpose of being considered. We do not claim ownership of your work by receiving an application.

Photography at events

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in photos or video used to promote future events. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of staff or email privacy@hosevents.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or otherwise interfere with this site or its forms. Do not submit information that is not yours to submit.

The House of Saints name, logo, flyers, photography and site design belong to us and may not be used commercially without permission.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Saints is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes. Big changes that affect your account will also be sent by email or text. The terms that apply to a ticket are the ones in place when you bought it.
